Hi, I found your web site since viewing the wreck of the America , wanting to find out more about her, and thought you might like the attached pictures I took last week whilst on holiday there.

 

Couldn't take my eyes off of her............she would have been beautiful in her day ( I am old enough (51) to remember the age!!) and to me she still exhibits a certain 'if you want me you will have to wait' attitude - however, judging by the state of her port side, the wait won't be that long..........

 

I know how valuable contributions can be as I own and operate www.seawings.co.uk the largest web site in the world for it's subject, flying boats, again the 'Golden Age' and so I thought you would like these pictures.
